Sold me a "mint" phone with obvious cosmetic defects. Claimed it was in "good" condition and offered $20 back. I can't go without a phone so I'm stuck paying "good" condition for a passable phone. Lesson learned: always check for pictures before buying.

Fast shipping, as described and great customer service. Battery was an issue but through no fault of the seller, and a replacement battery fixed the issue.

While the phone is as described, shipping was delayed a tad. However, the biggest problem was receiving the phone without a compatible charger (the included charger was the international charger). Now I have to spend even more money for a compatible Samsung charger.

Return & Refund Policies

Furthermore, Water & Physical damage will not be accepted for an Exchange or Refund. All items must be returned in original packaging with all accessories. The buyer is responsible for return shipping (unless the item is the defective or wrong item was sent), and items must be sent back to us within 7 days of receiving return instructions. Lastly, Items returned for the incorrect shipping address, incompatible carrier, Personal dislike, or Re-delivery of an item would have a flat 15% restocking fee.
