After a rough start the seller finished well.
Initially I received a phone with a dead spot on the screen. This should not of happened. Then there were communication problems with the return. But in the end, the phone was replaced with one as advertised. The staff were professional and helpful through the process. My rating reflects my hours spent and the inconvenience caused.
All of that said, because of the way they handled the situation, I would consider purchasing from them again.

Shipping Policies
Shipping: All items are shipped within 1 business day from Lombard, IL, via USPS (Insurance included). Item will deliver within 2-5 Business days, and we do not ship internationally.
Return & Refund Policies
Refunds and exchanges are only accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. Item must be in the same cosmetic condition as it was shipped. Furthermore, Water & Physical damage will not be accepted for an Exchange or Refund. All items must be returned in original packaging with all accessories. The buyer is responsible for return shipping (unless the item is the defective or wrong item was sent), and items must be sent back to us within 7 days of receiving return instructions. Lastly, Items returned for the incorrect shipping address, incompatible carrier, Personal dislike, or Re-delivery of an item would have a flat 15% restocking fee.
