Professional, speedy seller. I thought there might be a tentative, possible issue at the outset with the product/transaction, seller was prompt and responsive with communication there as well. Turns out there are no issues, very happy with phone and with the service seller and Swappa provided.
Phone was in great condition, but clearly not new as listed. The box had been re shrink wrapped, and the phone had no protective sticker or sim.

Return & Refund Policies
Refunds and exchanges are only accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. Item must be in the same cosmetic condition as it was shipped. Furthermore, Water & Physical damage will not be accepted for an Exchange or Refund. All items must be returned in original packaging with all accessories. The buyer is responsible for return shipping (unless the item is the defective or wrong item was sent), and items must be sent back to us within 7 days of receiving return instructions. Lastly, Items returned for the incorrect shipping address, incompatible carrier, Personal dislike, or Re-delivery of an item would have a flat 15% restocking fee.
