everything seems to be okay. however, the posting was listed as NEW and was NOT sealed so I have my suspicions. for the price, i cannot complain.
The phone was received as described by the seller. The RAM was erroneously mentioned as 8GB while it was 6GB. The seller issued a $10 courtesy refund for the error. Overall, satisfied with doing the business with them.
The phone was new, as advertised, still in sealed box!

Return & Refund Policies
Refunds and exchanges are only accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. Item must be in the same cosmetic condition as it was shipped. Furthermore, Water & Physical damage will not be accepted for an Exchange or Refund. All items must be returned in original packaging with all accessories. The buyer is responsible for return shipping (unless the item is the defective or wrong item was sent), and items must be sent back to us within 7 days of receiving return instructions. Lastly, Items returned for the incorrect shipping address, incompatible carrier, Personal dislike, or Re-delivery of an item would have a flat 15% restocking fee.
