The only problem I had was that the envelope containing the phone was open. The envelope had never being sealed. Lucky to get the phone at my home OK.
The phone came and it appeared to be of boneyard condition (it had a big sticker on the back saying refurbished) and that's not what the description said when I paid for it. I am really disappointed with the purchase. I just couldn't bother with refund ring-around. That's not good business practices chump.
