The phone battery did not hold a charge well when we received it. The seller was willing to take the phone back and pay shipping (a good offer). However, after a few charge cycles the phone worked better and we kept it.

Phone received in expected condition. There was a slight issue with the SIM card that was in the phone when received, and had to go to Verizon store to obtain new SIM card, but wasn't a big deal.
