Half display screen is blurr and the phone says unable to determine if display is genuine
The sale was cancelled after it had shipped by the seller. They said it had been marked as lost or stolen so we definitely will not be using Swappa anymore.
Phone had too many scratches on screen not what I was expecting.
I received a excellent Apple Watch but I tried to sell it on swappa and is reported lost or stolen by cellular service provider, so I’m stuck it a stolen watch that I’m not allowed to sell , be careful with this kind of sellers.
It is with iCloud lock, you can remove it please. thanks
The sale listing stated the phone was covered under Applecare+ through March 29, 2021. This was a lie. It was under AppleCare's month to month and was cancelled a few months after the purchase. Seller never responded to request for help in resolving the situation.
Lots of cosmetic defects and also has an accelerometer issue where the screen tries to flip to the right regardless of orientation. Definitely not even "fair" condition.
It's locked to T Mobile, that was a scumbag move on your part. Be honest next time and fully disclose if it is unlocked or locked to a carrier.
Phone is defective
Phone works but screen was replaced and you can tell because it is not as responsive as original screen, specially 3D Touch and when typing, also the edges of the screen are sharp as opposed to the smooth edges of the original one. Thus this product is not waterproof anymore. And this screen replacement was not listed on the product specifications.

We primarily ship UPS, but if you live in an area where USPS Priority Mail is faster, we may use USPS in some situations.
If you purchase additional Express Shipping, we use either UPS Next Day Air or USPS Priority Mail Express.
I can only ship to the address provided during checkout, so please make sure your address is accurate before you place your order.
Return & Refund Policies
We offer 30 day returns on items if you decide to change your mind. However, these discretionary returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are at buyer's expense unless item is defective (in this case we will provide a prepaid return label).

No matter how you ship it back, the buyer is responsible for its safe return. I suggest purchasing shipping insurance for any return. If it does not make it back to me in the same condition you received it, I cannot offer a full refund. If you ship a return, and it never makes it, I cannot offer a refund at all. Please be diligent in your return packaging to ensure safe transit.
Prior to returning your device, all Apple, Google, and Samsung accounts must be removed from the device. If a device is received with an account, we will be unable to process a refund. Devices must be returned in the original condition as purchased.
