We ship Monday - Friday excluding Federal Holidays. Standard Flat rate USPS or FedEx Ground will be used depending on your location.

Return & Refund Policies

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the device is defective and will order a prompt refund. The device must be in the same cosmetic condition as when it was purchased. It must be returned with any/all accessories that were included. The device must be reset to factory settings and cleared of all accounts whether iCloud, Google, Samsung etc.

**Devices returned for remorse that have no defects and were accurately described will be charged a restocking fee of 20%.

**Sales canceled will be charged a 3% fee
