The iPod itself was quickly sent, in good condition, very pleased with that part. However, the listing included an otter box case, which was not included. The seller indicated they would send, however have not received, so cannot mark as a positive transaction.

Sale was canceled because the did not have the item in stock. No effort to make it right. Just an email canceling my order.

iPod came fully charged with a rubber cover, a charger, and a pair of wired Apple earbuds. The condition of the iPod looks like it came fresh out the box! Very happy with the product!

Device shipped quickly, and was as described.

If I didn't know any better, I'd say this iPod was factory new! There is a small chip in the paint next to the display and the buttons don't always respond on the first click, but for a 17 year old device, I'm nit-picking.

Both power and 3.5mm aux connectors work without issue, the display looks flawless, and the iPod synced with iTunes just like it did back in '09.

Should work out well as a nice birthday present!

Could not have gone better, from communication to shipping, and most importantly, the item was exactly as promised.

iPod is as described. Had issues connecting to the newer MacBook but the seller helped me with a work-a-round and I was able to connect to iTunes through Microsoft on my Dell laptop. Seller was very helpful.
