I ordered the mint condition but the product looked as if it was in good condition. There are dents in the corners, home button is peeling off and there are scratches everywhere. Not happy at all.

The product was delivered as expected but the service was way beyond my expectations! I was worried about syncing it and called for help. They were closed but texted me back in a short time from a plane they were traveling back to work on. I got past any problems and I’m ready to do more business with them.

Return & Refund Policies

The iSuperStore will allow for returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. iPods that are defective must be reported within 30 days of delivery. Refunds are processed within 48 hours of the returned item as long as your complete package is returned to us, and if it is an iPod touch, your iCloud is removed. Failure to remove your Apple ID will delay the refund and or result in The iSuperStore to deny your refund. If you choose to return/exchange your Product for any reason, you will be responsible for the return postage back to us. A 20% restocking fee will apply for all returns.
