Everything was good

These guys were great! Shipping was fast, S24 ultra showed up the next day! After switching all my wife's data from her old phone, she tells me the vibration doesn't work. I contacted Tech Plug to let them know that night. Next morning I had an email with return shipping label. I sent it back the next day 9/2. Tech plug received 9/3. Fixed the S24 and shipped back to me 9/4 and was in my hand 9/5! They were super fast with replies and talking care of any problem I had! They made everything as smooth as possible! Customer service is excellent and they stood behind their product and word! Wife hasn't used the phone yet, but I am confident if there's a problem, tech plug will take care of it!

Great phone, works well. Shipped in layers of bubblewrap in a bubble mailer, which seems like a bad move. A box would be a good idea for electronics.

They sent me a charger in a box instead of the phone I purchased they definitely no what they were doing I haven’t got a refund as yet
