Phone arrived quickly in month condition. However, I didn't expect the phone's bootloader to be unlocked and found that a bit concerning.

Seller sold me a phone that locked up after a few weeks. Phone may have been reported stolen or lost. I returned it to the seller for a refund. Tracking shows that the seller has had it back for over a month now but they still won’t give me my refund. Last communication from them was a few weeks ago and they stated that they are still checking it. I’ve attempted to contact them again but there has been no response.
