Phone arrived as described, but lackluster service resulted in shipping issues. Seller did not ship UPS as described, and shipped via FedEx, which cost me an unexpected $5 to pick up from the UPS store I had it sent to, since it wasn't a UPS package.

Item was not in condition as advertised. Refund took too long.

Mint condition phone has a circular burn in on the screen. It's not bad enough to return, but it's definitely not as described.

Device had a poor battery. In good faith it was sent back for an exchange instead of refund. After approximately 2 weeks they told me that they can't issue an exchange so they'll refund. It was disappointing that I waited for 2 weeks to get the news that an exchange wouldn't be happening.

Had issues with the first phone they sent. They sent me another and still had issues. Bought another one from someone else with no issues at all.

the phone worked well the first day and after 24 hours it was dropping calls and now the screen is black and wont power on
