I bought this phone from swappa listed as used when I got it I figured out it is unuseable the speaker is not working I cannot here anyone when I call this beside other issues kile all accessories are fake but listed as original and also the box itself doesnot show the same imei and iccid for the phone inside it ,, I start a return on swappa and send the phone back to the seller using Periority Mail USPS trackin no 9405503699300033309391 the seller recived the package today 6/17/2019 and did not give me any refund eventhogh he know and admit that the phone is not working
