I would like to give Mohanad a 5/5 because as soon as I bought the phone at midnight, it was in the mail the very next morning, and the shipping was fast. When I received the package in the mail, I noticed that he wrapped it safely and securely so nobody would be able to steal it. He provided alot of cushion and bubble wrap inside for the device to securely make it. The item that came in the mail came as described on the listing, and was 100 percent accurate. - We accept 30 days return with full refund for any issue experienced with the device.
- Order cancellation for buyer remorse will be subjected to 25% deduction.
- Returns are not accepted for NEW factory sealed OR Handset unactivated Devices unless the items are retuned in factory sealed, Handset not activated, undamaged, original box with matching serial numbers. This is to protect both you (the buyer) and myself (the seller) from any potential fraud and/or scam.
