Shipping took longer than I expected, the tracking made it appear it was at a post office somewhere in Colorado for several days without being scanned. This was not the fault of the seller. The phone came as described and is working great!

• Orders placed before 2PM Central Time (CT) on business days ship same day.
• Orders after 2PM CT ship the next business day.

• UPS 2nd Day Air (2 Business Days) – $15
• UPS Next Day Air Saver (Next Business Day) – $30

Return & Refund Policies
180-Day Limited Warranty – We Stand Behind Our Devices:
• If you experience any functionality issues, you’re covered by our 180-day limited replacement/repair warranty.
• To file a claim: Contact us via the sale page within 180 days of your delivery date.
• We’ll repair or replace the device free of charge.
• This warranty covers functionality issues only. It does not cover accidental or physical damage. If a device is physically or internally damaged, we reserve the right to cancel the warranty.
• For accidental damage, we offer repairs at cost of parts + shipping.
Buyer’s Remorse / Non-Defective Returns – 30 Days:
• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Full refund minus the PayPal fee issued within 2 business days of receiving the return.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
• Message us on the sale page to receive the return address.
• Devices must be returned in the same condition as received. If excessive damage is found, a damage fee will be deducted from the refund.
New & Open-Box Devices:
• Returns accepted only if the device is: Unopened, or Not as described
