Phone as described and on time
When the phone arrived it did not match screen description
Received phone and it appears to be as described and expected. However, battery seems to drain very quickly and phone gets quite hot at times when charging and sometimes during normal use. Was the battery replaced before sale?
The phone works very well and is in the condition described, works on Verizon and had no issue setting it up. Would definitely buy from this seller again

"Light screen burn." My phone did not look like the one on the picture at all. Deep scratches and terrible screen burn. I can still see a number pad and a "cinglepoint" on it. On top of that the worst thing was that it's locked. Sprint can't unlock it and needs the company to. I feel pretty cheated out of my money here as it was NOT as advertised and the phone was NOT the one in the picture or even close to what the one in the picture looked like aside from it being a Samsung Galaxy s8. Emailed both swappa and TCR! but at this point I'm looking to either get a phone that was what was advertised or a refund since the one I received is unusable.
Galaxy Unlocked S10e was listed as new, unopened in box, but it was not. This device was in an open open (factory seal broke), and had been activated on the Sprint network. As near as I can tell, it had been used for several weeks.
The device was in ok condition, but the seller lied about the condition. Also, there is no Qualcomm sticker on the top, and the Samsung Factory label on the box has been pasted over by a label this seller printed out. Most likely this is a promo phone.
This seller is currently selling quantity 21 of these phones. Swappa, you need to do something immediately about this.
Once again, this phone is NOT as listed, New in box. This is a used phone, most likely they are reselling promotional phones. Thumbs down!

Shipping Policies
The Cellular Resource will ship your order within two business days (Friday orders are shipped by Monday at the latest). We do not ship orders on the weekends or holidays. Orders are shipped via USPS First Class unless expedited shipping is selected at check out. Currently we do not provide international shipping.

Please make sure your address is correct at checkout and on Paypal prior to completing your purchase! We can only ship to the address provided at checkout. If you need to have your address changed prior to checkout, then you will be subject to a 2.9% +0.35c cancellations fee. Once your order is cancelled, you may repurchase the item with your updated address information.

All Cellular Resource devices are covered under a 30-day functionality guarantee! We provide you free return shipping if you experience an issue covered by our warranty. After we receive and process your return and it meets our Return Requirements (below), we will refund your payment or send a replacement device within 2 business days.

Our warranty covers (no fees applied):
--Manufacturer defects
--Item received significantly not as described
Our warranty does not cover, and fees will be applied for:

Return Requirements (to be eligible for a refund):
--Returned device is in same condition as sold
--All iCloud/Google/Samsung or otherwise accounts are completely logged out and removed
--No password locks
--Device is in original box/with accessories (if included in original sale)
Fees for refunds and returns outside of warranty:
--2.9% +0.35c fee to cover PayPal's refund fee for each device that has not shipped
--2.9% +0.35c fee to cover PayPal's refund fee for ADDRESS CHANGE REQUESTS (due to PayPal's new fee policy) --> see our Shipping Policy for more details
--Out of policy returns (over 30-days) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to a restocking fee up to the device's full value.
