The first phone that we received would not charge. I had to return that phone *at my own expense* in order to get it replaced with a properly working one. After less than 3 months, the replacement has developed issues, as well, and will now need to be replaced. It may be that we just received two duds, but it doesn't bode well for other phones from this seller.

Everything works great.
The first phone didn't work, returned it, and the second one works fine. I would have liked to have been notified when it was being shipped however, as I didn't know when to expect it. However, glad to be able to have a good phone without paying a huge amount.

Overall we had a positive experience with shopping on Swappa and with this seller. The product came one day earlier than expected, though we live geographically close to the seller which may have expedited the overall time. Phone condition was as stated, expect for the display, which the phone alerted during setup that the phone display is an "Unknown Part" and was not recognized as a genuine apple part. I had not seen that this was likely to be the case as the phone was repaired by the seller before purchase, but upon looking back it was in the fine print. This was a little disappointing but otherwise phone seems to be working okay thus far.

Shipping Policies
The Cellular Resource will ship your order within two business days (Friday orders are shipped by Monday at the latest). We do not ship orders on the weekends or holidays. Orders are shipped via USPS First Class unless expedited shipping is selected at check out. Currently we do not provide international shipping.

Please make sure your address is correct at checkout and on Paypal prior to completing your purchase! We can only ship to the address provided at checkout. If you need to have your address changed prior to checkout, then you will be subject to a 2.9% +0.35c cancellations fee. Once your order is cancelled, you may repurchase the item with your updated address information.

Return & Refund Policies
All Cellular Resource devices are covered under a 30-day functionality guarantee! We provide you free return shipping if you experience an issue covered by our warranty. After we receive and process your return and it meets our Return Requirements (below), we will refund your payment or send a replacement device within 2 business days.

Our warranty covers (no fees applied):
--Manufacturer defects
--Item received significantly not as described
Our warranty does not cover, and fees will be applied for:
--Damage of any type
--Buyer's remorse (changed mind)
Return Requirements (to be eligible for a refund):
--Returned device is in same condition as sold
--All iCloud/Google/Samsung or otherwise accounts are completely logged out and removed
--No password locks
--Device is in original box/with accessories (if included in original sale)
Fees for refunds and returns outside of warranty:
--2.9% +0.35c fee to cover PayPal's refund fee for each device that has not shipped
--2.9% +0.35c fee to cover PayPal's refund fee for ADDRESS CHANGE REQUESTS (due to PayPal's new fee policy) --> see our Shipping Policy for more details
--Out of policy returns (over 30-days) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to a restocking fee up to the device's full value.
