Original Comment:Sale process went fine but product was not as described at all.
After posting the original comment, the seller reached out to me and resolved the issue. The seller discovered that i actually received a "fair" device instead of a "mint" device. They then issued a partial refund of the price difference between the "mint" and "fair" device. I'm so happy they reached out on their own accord.
TCR was easy to work with. The first phone I ordered would not work with my network. They helped me return it and I was able to purchase another one from them.
Phone was shipped fast and in mint condition. Very happy with purchase.
As described.
Phone works fine but has a pretty bad AT&T mark burned in the middle. Really don't like the business user image idea. (pictures are not the actually phone's pictures)
only thing not working it bluetooth stylus. have tried to debug dont know if it is stylus or if it is the phone. only effects the ability to take a picture by clicking the the stylus switch. a cool feature but i wont die without it. i am happy so far ( 3 days) with the phone and the cost.
Perfect phone and was described exactly as I got it. Would highly recommend!
Worked fine for a month then the google pixel kept resetting.
Ended in a refund, but good service.

Shipping Policies
The Cellular Resource will ship your order within two business days (Friday orders are shipped by Monday at the latest). We do not ship orders on the weekends or holidays. Orders are shipped via USPS First Class unless expedited shipping is selected at check out. Currently we do not provide international shipping.

Please make sure your address is correct at checkout and on Paypal prior to completing your purchase! We can only ship to the address provided at checkout. If you need to have your address changed prior to checkout, then you will be subject to a 2.9% +0.35c cancellations fee. Once your order is cancelled, you may repurchase the item with your updated address information.

-Expedited shipping = USPS Priority Express or FedEx Overnight
Return & Refund Policies
All Cellular Resource devices are covered under a 30-day functionality guarantee! We provide you free return shipping if you experience an issue covered by our warranty. After we receive and process your return and it meets our Return Requirements (below), we will refund your payment or send a replacement device within 2 business days.

Our warranty covers (no fees applied):
--Manufacturer defects
--Item received significantly not as described
Our warranty does not cover, and fees will be applied for:
--Damage of any type
--Buyer's remorse (changed mind)
Return Requirements (to be eligible for a refund):
--Returned device is in same condition as sold
--All iCloud/Google/Samsung or otherwise accounts are completely logged out and removed
--No password locks
--Device is in original box/with accessories (if included in original sale)
Fees for refunds and returns outside of warranty:
--2.9% +0.35c fee to cover PayPal's refund fee for each device that has not shipped
--2.9% +0.35c fee to cover PayPal's refund fee for ADDRESS CHANGE REQUESTS (due to PayPal's new fee policy) --> see our Shipping Policy for more details
--Out of policy returns (over 30-days) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to a restocking fee up to the device's full value.
