We tend to order from the same sellers because we've come to trust them and the quality of their device listings. Over this last year, you will notice that we have purchased numerous items from you with a high success rate. Unfortunately, this particular purchase was not of the quality we expected from you. This phone was listed as "Mint" condition and we paid the "Mint" price. After receiving the phone we thoroughly examined and tested it. Upon examination, we noticed a mark in the bottom right of the LCD. This will require us to do a screen replacement, known as an LCD/Digitizer module replacement. It also came to our attention that the phone's battery health is at 84%. We will also need to replace the battery. before we can sell this to our customer. Any time we receive a phone, and the battery health is 86% or less, we are required to replace that battery before we can sell it to our customer. It would be helpful if the battery health was included in the item listing.

Shipping Policies
The Cellular Resource will ship your order within two business days (Friday orders are shipped by Monday at the latest). We do not ship orders on the weekends or holidays. Orders are shipped via USPS First Class unless expedited shipping is selected at check out. Currently we do not provide international shipping.

Please make sure your address is correct at checkout and on Paypal prior to completing your purchase! We can only ship to the address provided at checkout. If you need to have your address changed prior to checkout, then you will be subject to a 2.9% +0.35c cancellations fee. Once your order is cancelled, you may repurchase the item with your updated address information.

Return & Refund Policies
All Cellular Resource devices are covered under a 30-day functionality guarantee! We provide you free return shipping if you experience an issue covered by our warranty. After we receive and process your return and it meets our Return Requirements (below), we will refund your payment or send a replacement device within 2 business days.

Our warranty covers (no fees applied):
--Manufacturer defects
--Item received significantly not as described
Our warranty does not cover, and fees will be applied for:

Return Requirements (to be eligible for a refund):
--Returned device is in same condition as sold
--All iCloud/Google/Samsung or otherwise accounts are completely logged out and removed
--No password locks
--Device is in original box/with accessories (if included in original sale)
Fees for refunds and returns outside of warranty:
--2.9% +0.35c fee to cover PayPal's refund fee for each device that has not shipped
--2.9% +0.35c fee to cover PayPal's refund fee for ADDRESS CHANGE REQUESTS (due to PayPal's new fee policy) --> see our Shipping Policy for more details
--Out of policy returns (over 30-days) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to a restocking fee up to the device's full value.
