I don't want to leave negative feedback since there were no issues with the transaction but I set up the phone 2 days ago and yesterday it froze and will not do anything now. It is stuck with a window box open asking if I want the device to allow pictures, and since this is open, I cannot even power down the phone to reset it. This phone is screwed up and I want to return it
My granddaughter was very pleased with her phone thank you very much
Not sure what’s wrong but The phone can’t be used on sprint for me. They said it needs re-skued and have a ticket trying to do so but said it probably won’t work.

Was this phone really "used"? I couldn't tell because it arrived and appears to be brand new! The Cellular Resource is fantastic! I'll be back for my next purchase!! Way to go people!
"unlocked" phone was not fully unlocked and seller was quick to resolve the matter to my satisfaction.

Shipping Policies
The Cellular Resource will ship your order within two business days (Friday orders are shipped by Monday at the latest). We do not ship orders on the weekends or holidays. Orders are shipped via USPS First Class unless expedited shipping is selected at check out. Currently we do not provide international shipping.

Please make sure your address is correct at checkout and on Paypal prior to completing your purchase! We can only ship to the address provided at checkout. If you need to have your address changed prior to checkout, then you will be subject to a 2.9% +0.35c cancellations fee. Once your order is cancelled, you may repurchase the item with your updated address information.

-Regular shipping = USPS First Class Mail
-Expedited shipping = USPS Priority Express or FedEx Overnight
Return & Refund Policies
All Cellular Resource devices are covered under a 30-day functionality guarantee! We provide you free return shipping if you experience an issue covered by our warranty. After we receive and process your return and it meets our Return Requirements (below), we will refund your payment or send a replacement device within 2 business days.

Our warranty covers (no fees applied):
--Manufacturer defects
--Item received significantly not as described
Our warranty does not cover, and fees will be applied for:
--Damage of any type
--Buyer's remorse (changed mind)
Return Requirements (to be eligible for a refund):
--Returned device is in same condition as sold
--All iCloud/Google/Samsung or otherwise accounts are completely logged out and removed
--No password locks
--Device is in original box/with accessories (if included in original sale)
Fees for refunds and returns outside of warranty:
--2.9% +0.35c fee to cover PayPal's refund fee for each device that has not shipped
--2.9% +0.35c fee to cover PayPal's refund fee for ADDRESS CHANGE REQUESTS (due to PayPal's new fee policy) --> see our Shipping Policy for more details
--Out of policy returns (over 30-days) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to a restocking fee up to the device's full value.
