Phone was sold with a worse condition than advertised. Advertised as 7/10 with minor scuffs but phone actually had deep metal gouges and looks like it was dropped. Condition was closer to 5/10 at best. I got a partial refund ($10) but not as much as I hoped since seller is selling the same 7/10 phone for $20 less than what I paid for it 6 days after I received my phone. Response was only at once a day response and took several days to sort through my issue.
The phone works great and is in mint condition!!!

Its been exactly 2 months to the date (i wouldve left a review sooner but i forgot) and the phone works great, they delivered it fast, everything was as expected. A Very trustworthy seller, great service.
I received the phone and had no problem restoring it from my older iphone 4. I am only using it as an "ipod" for music and things, and not as a phone. So far, so good. Thank you. It will have a new life, and I will have more storage, too!

there was a huge dent on the back of the tablet, it is on the picture, but the picture doesn't really show how big it is. I kept it since it's going in a case anyway.

Shipping Policies
The Cellular Resource will ship your order within two business days (Friday orders are shipped by Monday at the latest). We do not ship orders on the weekends or holidays. Orders are shipped via USPS First Class unless expedited shipping is selected at check out. Currently we do not provide international shipping.

Please make sure your address is correct at checkout and on Paypal prior to completing your purchase! We can only ship to the address provided at checkout. If you need to have your address changed prior to checkout, then you will be subject to a 2.9% +0.35c cancellations fee. Once your order is cancelled, you may repurchase the item with your updated address information.

-Expedited shipping = USPS Priority Express or FedEx Overnight
Return & Refund Policies
All Cellular Resource devices are covered under a 30-day functionality guarantee! We provide you free return shipping if you experience an issue covered by our warranty. After we receive and process your return and it meets our Return Requirements (below), we will refund your payment or send a replacement device within 2 business days.

Our warranty covers (no fees applied):
--Manufacturer defects
--Item received significantly not as described

Return Requirements (to be eligible for a refund):
--Returned device is in same condition as sold
--All iCloud/Google/Samsung or otherwise accounts are completely logged out and removed
--No password locks
--Device is in original box/with accessories (if included in original sale)
Fees for refunds and returns outside of warranty:
--2.9% +0.35c fee to cover PayPal's refund fee for each device that has not shipped
--2.9% +0.35c fee to cover PayPal's refund fee for ADDRESS CHANGE REQUESTS (due to PayPal's new fee policy) --> see our Shipping Policy for more details
--Out of policy returns (over 30-days) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to a restocking fee up to the device's full value.
