Phone sold as mint "like new" but received with a plastic unbranded back replacement cover rather than glass cover the stock phone comes with. The description in the listing made no mention of this being a possibility and the pictures posted showed a glass back. I wouldn't have bought the phone had I known it wasn't stock.
Besides the back cover, the seller shipped very quickly, the phone is in fantastic condition and works perfectly. The seller did offer me a small partial refund to make amends which was appreciated. Seller was also very quick to respond to my posts and also offered to take the phone back for a return, but I can't afford to be without a phone for any longer so I don't have much of a choice but to keep it.
So overall I'm still a bit disappointed in the transaction but the seller seems genuine in their efforts to fix the problem. I would buy from them again in the future but only if I knew exactly what phone I was receiving.

I received an iPhone XR. It came in timely fashion, was in cosmetically solid state, but had a bad SIM card reader and cannot connect or stay connected to my Verizon account.

Shipping Policies
The Cellular Resource will ship your order within two business days (Friday orders are shipped by Monday at the latest). We do not ship orders on the weekends or holidays. Orders are shipped via USPS First Class unless expedited shipping is selected at check out. Currently we do not provide international shipping.

Please make sure your address is correct at checkout and on Paypal prior to completing your purchase! We can only ship to the address provided at checkout. If you need to have your address changed prior to checkout, then you will be subject to a 2.9% +0.35c cancellations fee. Once your order is cancelled, you may repurchase the item with your updated address information.

-Expedited shipping = USPS Priority Express or FedEx Overnight
Return & Refund Policies
All Cellular Resource devices are covered under a 30-day functionality guarantee! We provide you free return shipping if you experience an issue covered by our warranty. After we receive and process your return and it meets our Return Requirements (below), we will refund your payment or send a replacement device within 2 business days.

--Manufacturer defects
--Item received significantly not as described

Return Requirements (to be eligible for a refund):
--Returned device is in same condition as sold
--All iCloud/Google/Samsung or otherwise accounts are completely logged out and removed
--No password locks
--Device is in original box/with accessories (if included in original sale)
Fees for refunds and returns outside of warranty:
--2.9% +0.35c fee to cover PayPal's refund fee for each device that has not shipped
--2.9% +0.35c fee to cover PayPal's refund fee for ADDRESS CHANGE REQUESTS (due to PayPal's new fee policy) --> see our Shipping Policy for more details
--Out of policy returns (over 30-days) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to a restocking fee up to the device's full value.
