Fast shipping, good condition
Pixel 3 looks new apart from the back plate(Few scratches but I have a case from previous phone) Screen looks phenomenal, not gunk in speakers, camera excellent, finger scanner is perfect condition. After a week of using the phone its a 5/5 for me!

Cheap, got here quick, and is a big upgrade from my 6S+ that won't hold charge for more than a few minutes at a time. Phone is in great condition, I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Arrived earlier than expected
Item received as described, worked with us when we had issues, refunded when unable to get it to work. Would recommend
The phone came in with a couple of problems that were definitely not listed,
- Screen is replaced, my brother got the same xr from a different person and the screen was much colorful than mine (No changed settings)
-Camera has some dust trapped so the photos or videos come out blurry.
-Microphone has bad bugging problems.
-Screen has spots with lighter shades.
- Screen also has problems where it presses random buttons and has locked my phone in serious situations.
Overall I do not recommend buying from this seller.

Shipping Policies
The Cellular Resource will ship your order within two business days (Friday orders are shipped by Monday at the latest). We do not ship orders on the weekends or holidays. Orders are shipped via USPS First Class unless expedited shipping is selected at check out. Currently we do not provide international shipping.

Please make sure your address is correct at checkout and on Paypal prior to completing your purchase! We can only ship to the address provided at checkout. If you need to have your address changed prior to checkout, then you will be subject to a 2.9% +0.35c cancellations fee. Once your order is cancelled, you may repurchase the item with your updated address information.

-Regular shipping = USPS First Class Mail
-Expedited shipping = USPS Priority Express or FedEx Overnight
Return & Refund Policies
All Cellular Resource devices are covered under a 30-day functionality guarantee! We provide you free return shipping if you experience an issue covered by our warranty. After we receive and process your return and it meets our Return Requirements (below), we will refund your payment or send a replacement device within 2 business days.

Our warranty covers (no fees applied):
--Manufacturer defects
--Item received significantly not as described
Our warranty does not cover, and fees will be applied for:
--Damage of any type
--Buyer's remorse (changed mind)
Return Requirements (to be eligible for a refund):
--Returned device is in same condition as sold
--All iCloud/Google/Samsung or otherwise accounts are completely logged out and removed
--No password locks
--Device is in original box/with accessories (if included in original sale)
Fees for refunds and returns outside of warranty:
--2.9% +0.35c fee to cover PayPal's refund fee for each device that has not shipped
--2.9% +0.35c fee to cover PayPal's refund fee for ADDRESS CHANGE REQUESTS (due to PayPal's new fee policy) --> see our Shipping Policy for more details
--Out of policy returns (over 30-days) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to a restocking fee up to the device's full value.
