Phone came out of the box glitching and freezing. I suspect the screen was replaced with a third-party screen and not something apple compatible. Not even two months after my purchase, the screen randomly stopped responding completely. For something that had 99% battery life and was in good condition, I expected a phone that would work for more than two months.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I received my Pixel 8Pro fast enough and It seemed to be in great shape, but within a week, the screen started flashing and then when totally black. They say that they will not return anything after it has been activated, but how else are you supposed to know if it works or not. When I 1st contacted them they said I could return it and asked for my email. I gave it to them aaaannnnndddd......crickets. It's been almost 2 weeks and I can't even get a response from Swappa either. I have bought a couple of phones from swappa in the past without issue. I will never use it again.

At System Wireless LLC, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. However, due to
the nature of our products, we have specific guidelines to ensure fairness and transparency.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns will only be accepted if all of the following conditions are met:
? Timeframe: Returns are initiated within 7 calendar days of receiving the phone.
? Condition: The phone must remain unused, unactivated, and in the exact condition it
was sold, with no scratches, dents, or damage. The device must not show any signs of
tampering or modifications, such as altered software or hardware.
? Original Packaging: All accessories (charger, cable, earphones, etc.), original box, and
documentation (manuals, warranty cards) must be returned in their original,
undamaged condition.
? IMEI/Serial Number: The IMEI or serial number on the phone must match the number
on the sales invoice. Phones with mismatched or altered IMEI/serial numbers are not
eligible for return.
? Tamper Evident Seals: If the phone was sold with a tamper-evident seal, this seal must
remain intact. Broken seals will void the return eligibility.
Non-Returnable Items
? Phones that have been activated, used, or show signs of tampering or misuse.
? Devices with removed or broken tamper-evident seals.
? Custom or special-order phones.
? Phones damaged by the customer, including physical damage (e.g., cracked screens) or
liquid exposure.
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all eligible returns. This
fee covers inspection, processing, and repackaging costs.
Return Process
? Photos of the phone (front, back, and sides), original packaging, and accessories
? A detailed explanation for the return request
? Verification: The IMEI/serial number will be verified against the sales invoice. Photos
and condition will be reviewed before approving the return.
? Shipping Instructions: Approved returns must be shipped using a tracked and insured
service at the customer’s expense. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Defective Products
If the phone is defective upon arrival:
- Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the phone.
- Submit clear photos and a detailed explanation of the defect.
- We will provide a replacement or repair. Refunds for defective products are not
guaranteed.
Refunds
Once the return is received, inspected, and verified, the refund (minus the restocking fee)
will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment
method.
