Turnaround was fast. Phone was as advertised.

Good experience. The item arrived exactly like the pictures, the product shipped quickly and arrived with protective packaging materials.

Delivery was fast I received my device extremely sooner than expected, the device arrived in what I feel to be non protective layers but if the seller has never had shipping issues with his ways that's great. The device has scratches that you cannot see in the provided listing, the condition of the device is listed as everything hardware wise works but the left bottom speakers do not function. After all that the device is functional and I received what I paid for.

The phone failed in fewer than 6 months. Phone wasn't dropped or anything. Micro Center says an internal processing part is failing and that a phone rebuild will cost more than the phone is worth.

First the flashlight stopped working. Shortly after the back camera stopped working. Then the front camera stopped working. Finally the volume functions stopped working.

This purchase was not worth the $160. I also now have the inconvenience of a new phone purchase and setup. Had to quickly pay $230 for an iPhone 12 so I have something that works. Very frustrating experience.
