After we receive and process your return and it meets our Return Requirements (see below), we will refund your payment or send a replacement device within 2 business days.

Our warranty covers (no fees applied):
--Manufacturer defects
--Item received significantly not as described

Our warranty does not cover, and fees will be applied for:
--Damage of any type
--Buyer's remorse (changed mind)

Return Requirements (to be eligible for a refund):
--Returned device is in same condition as sold
--Device must be factory reset
--All iCloud/Google/Samsung and other accounts are completely logged out and removed
--No password locks
--Device is in original box/with accessories (if included in original sale)

Fees for refunds and returns outside of warranty:
--5% fee to cover PayPal's refund fee for each device that has not shipped
