I had a bad experience with Simple Mobility, and I will not buy from them again. I ordered the phone to be next-day delivered and paid for it, but the shipment came over a week later. I was reimbursed for that rush shipping. When the phone finally did arrive it didn't function, and I had to return it. I sent it back for a refund and was told I'd receive my cash back in two days , but it took five.

All good on this, my second purchase from this company. Did have a problem with not receiving the correct tracking number, so I was unable to track. But beyond that, all is good. I would use tis company again.
