Seller sold a defective phone as "good". The phone had little to no cell reception as well as a non-functioning fingerprint power button. They obviously don't follow the same checklist that Swappa insists we follow. They did however did not hassle me over receiving a full refund which I appreciate.

This was the phone that I expected. I am glad that it was stated that there was no SIM card with it. I would have been frustrated if it hadn't said so.

Great phone in great condition with the accessories (which often don't come at this price point). Phone was closer to a "mint" than "good"! Would buy from again.

I received my phone within 6 days of ordering. Switched everything from old phone to swappa phone (Samsung Note 4) with ease. Phone looked as described, also came with charger and earphones, very pleased to see that. However, phone will not stay charged and shuts down at 15-20% battery life. I've had to remove battery and wait a few minutes before replacement just to get it to turn back on. It definitely is disappointing.

The seller was very quick to respond to the initial sale and questions/concerns I had. The phone was in good condition as described. I was also impressed that it came with a real charging adapter and cables. Nice!
