I want to rate thumbs up, but came with a screen protector that was clearly for a different phone, and under was a scratch on the screen that wasn't called out in the description or pictures. It's fine - it definitely fits within the guidelines for the condition it was in and I still would've probably bought it. I just would've preferred knowing up front - which is why I only buy phones with pictures of the actual device (which in this case, looking back, do show the screen protector on it).

This phone was advertised as a TMobile unlocked phone and compatible with AT&T. As a Cricket customer, I thought all AT&T phones were also compatible with Cricket. Unfortunately, as of the first of the year, they no longer are! So, please be aware of that. I was not. At any rate, since this was advertised as a T-Mobile unlocked phone, I believed I could at least activate it with T-Mobile. Unfortunately, I was wrong again, and even though I went back and forth with the seller over the issues, I am now out $75. I do not recommend this seller, and I will absolutely not be using SWAPPA in the future.

Everything was as described. Shipping wasn't as fast as I would have like (bought/paid on Friday and shipped on Tuesday afternoon) but it all worked out fine.

Sale could have gone smoother, but at least seller was responsive and quick and the sim card delay wasn't their fault.
