Phone is exactly as described and I was able to replace my son's phone with this one without any issue involving the phone itself. There were issues with Spectrum Service, but that has nothing to do with the phone.

Phone arrived working and in condition as described. Prompt shipping

I want to rate thumbs up, but came with a screen protector that was clearly for a different phone, and under was a scratch on the screen that wasn't called out in the description or pictures. It's fine - it definitely fits within the guidelines for the condition it was in and I still would've probably bought it. I just would've preferred knowing up front - which is why I only buy phones with pictures of the actual device (which in this case, looking back, do show the screen protector on it).

Came with a screen protector and the phone works like new with a couple minor scratches on the back cover
