The physical features as described, however, it should have been a 5G PHONE but not showing that it's a 5g in the network settings as well it should be showing sim manager in settings but it not showing as well.

The phone was received with a screen protection - why??
When it was removed, the screen has shown to have many scratches on it, which weren't mentioned in the product description. Plus, the photos from the seller didn't show that either.
I bought that as a gift for my girlfriend and now she is pissed, and I'm disappointed.
I'd like a refund or some type of compensation.

Earspeaker on device not working. NOT HAPPY.

The vendor advertised the wrong color. They were advertising 5-6 other watches with the color we were seeking, but claimed that they didn't have the merchandise we were seeking. Vendor's replies to my concerns were slow. After I returned the device my money was returned and they paid for shipping back to them. I have had two previous purchases from this vendor that were positive.
