Quick no hassle delivery and was very responsive to my messages. Could not assist with questions about rooted phones, and it would have been great if I was told some apps would not be usable unless the bootloader was re-locked on the phone (which I've done). Otherwise everything is working great.

Did not realize this was a Japan model in the US, but everything works great.
