The shipping and handling timeline for this transaction did not align with expectations. While the shipping label was generated on Monday, July 6th, official USPS tracking and internal postal records confirm the package did not receive a physical 'Accepted' scan at the origin facility until Wednesday, July 8th. Because of this handling delay, the delivery missed a critical Thursday return window for my previous device, resulting in a severe financial complication. Furthermore, the device was shipped inside a plastic shipping bag rather than a rigid box as outlined in standard marketplace safety guidelines, and it was processed with only $100 of baseline shipping insurance. While the phone itself arrived safely on Friday and is functional, the logistical delays and non-standard packaging caused significant complications.
