Great phone, as described, no issues - thank you

Phone was as advertised. Good shape, 100% battery life and was unlocked and ready to use.

It took some hoops to get the phone connected to Verizon, but it was able to be connected.

Sale was smooth, however the device is not truly unlocked, as I was trying to to add it to another provider I was told by VZW that the device is not unlocked and still associated to a disconnected line and vzw will not unlock it no matter what. I can now only activate it on VZW which I am not happy about.
