Got the item in a timely manner. It wasn’t urgent for me, I think it took about a week. Phone was in good condition and works. However, please note I don’t use it as a personal phone with a phone number. It’s just an extra phone I use with wifi only, so I can’t speak for connecting this phone with any specific phone provider.
