Phone was listed as in good condition but when I received it, there were deep scratches and some silver flakes between the glass and LCD as well as various minor scratches, chips and scuffs all over the frame. None of this damage was reported. The phone should have been listed as in fair condition. I requested the seller send a partial refund. He offered $20, but I wanted $40 based on the price of the same model that was recently sold. He sent $40 a few minutes later. Even though he gave me a partial refund, I wouldn't buy from them again.
