Excellent product. I loved the phone

Overall physical condition of the phone was excellent as described. There was screen burn in not visible in the listing pictures or in the description given, which is especially noticeable with light/white colors on the screen. I think they weren't intentionally misadvertising that fact, and was likely missed during the inspection prior to listing. The phone was in otherwise great condition no major scratching, minimal wear and tear, and overall functional.

Phone will not turn on/ screen malfunctioning. After charging for several hours, the charging indicator went from red to green indicating a full battery. Phone will still not turn on even when plugged in and with new SIM installed
