Price was fair and shipping was acceptably fast. Packaging was appropriate. Phone arrived in described physical condition - not better and not worse. Unfortunately the phone was still locked and unable to be added to my network despite being listed as fully unlocked, compatible, and ready for activation. When I notified seller of that they elected to argue with me about whether or not it was unlocked until Swappa staff informed Seller that a return and refund was required to be offered. Seller sent return instructions not in compliance with Swappa policies (tried to set a max payout on return costs that was below the cheapest return method's price, and didn't account for the required insurance). Again Swappa staff stepped in and corrected Seller. I didn't hear from Seller again until the day after the return arrived at which point I got a "Sorry this did not work out as expected. Thanks." They did ultimately refund the full amount plus return shipping costs as required by Swappa.

Almost mint. I expected worse condition. I saw the blemish for about a half a second and then covered it with a case. I also didn't expect to get a screen protector with the purchase--extremely pleased.

Phone stopped working today, one month after I bought it. Took it to T-mobile. They said that the previous owner did not pay off the phone. This caused the phone to be blocked so it cannot be used. I need to get an exchange phone or refund for this purchase.

Phone arrived on time and as expected. Only negative is that the phone had almost no charge when it arrived so I had to charge it for several hours before I could start setting it up. Thanks!
