I was able to get the phone activated. Issue was due to lack of phone signal in area I was trying to activate phone. All issues were fixed.

There's something weird with the glass on the back; there's a circular pattern that collects fingerprints/oils much more readily than the rest, so it looks like there's minor damage, but then it wipes right off with a microfiber cloth, but then it accumulates again almost immediately.

Also I checked the serial number with Google and they said it can't be repaired in my country (USA) :(

But everything else is perfect so all-in-all I'm pretty happy with the sale.
