I have received my iPhone. However, you mentioned in the web site that the battery was in 89% but it is in 81%. That is a big difference. I am a little disapointed because you put false information about this cellphone.
They told me that the battery was at 95% and it is at 87% and they also told me that the cell phone did not have a notification of an unknown part and if it does, terrible service
The normal ear speaker is not functioning properly; all calls need to be on speaker or I need headphones to actually hear the call. Additionally, there are potential aftermarket non-apple repair parts - "apple is unable to determine if the iPhone display is a genuine Apple part. This could be because the part is non-genuine, not functioning as expected, or the installation is incomplete."
Seller mischaracterized a repaired phone as mint condition - back glass was replaced. This compromised waterproofing and caused a sputtering camera. Further, the battery was faulty. Seller did not abide by Swappa policies and did not offer a refund return with shipping because it was 36 days from delivery, despite being inaccurately listed. Repair/replacement does not help when the QC is lacking from the seller. This was a Christmas present and the issues were not apparent until it was opened. Had to dispute with PayPal/CC.
Disappointingly, the phone came in worse condition than described, with scratches on the front that were not accurately visible in the pictures.
They said the battery was 90% and it came with a warning “unknown part” ????????
Sent a bad phone. Initially when turning the phone on, it had an alert on the screen that said something to the effect of “parts of this phone are not Apple hardware” “battery is not Apple hardware” which would have been interesting to check out, however the screen was non functional and did not respond to touch. Seller took a few days to respond to my notification initially, and I had to reach out to Swappa support who then had eyes on the situation and was able to nudge and remind the seller that they should probably reach out to me. After 24 hours, I contacted the seller directly via their store number as well as their email and :::crickets:::. Overall I do not recommend ordering from this seller as it appears they do indeed send “junk”. They weren’t jerks, but definitely seemed apathetic by the time of my last message requesting more information about refunding me. A frustrating experience for sure. they finally answered and were able to refund me after returning phone.
Doesn’t follow swappa policies and guidelines. Waits a week to tell you he doesn’t want to fulfill your order because of his own error in the listing, then doesn’t respond. Wouldn’t do business with this seller!
Shipping was quick and timely however the phone was not great. The screen started to separate from the body after a month and the phone randomly dies and restarts often when it is not plugged in. The volume also will randomly lower and raise on its own.
So disappointing. Phone was blocked due to it being reported stolen after 2 days of use. Had to return it at my cost. I was refunded for the phone yes, but I'd be weary buying from this seller.
