Got an iPhone 14 pro from them, the back was replaced with a non-genuine back in such a way that it no longer fit into cases made for the 14 pro. Seller got me a refund the day they got the phone back. Good seller, bad phone.

Received a defective phone, but seller was quick to respond and issue a return label and refund was given within 3 days of the device being returned. Decent seller. Only other issue was the aftermarket battery wasn't disclosed in the listing per Swappa guidelines, only mention of "replaced battery", didn't specify genuine or aftermarket.
