The phone arrived on time as promised in a well packaged manner. It works well and is exactly as seen in the picture.
Phone arrived in advertised condition (mint), and the seller was available for a quick technical question during activation. Definitely recommend to any potential buyers, and I will check with the next time I need an unlocked phone.
This was my 5th and final attempt at upgrading. Other 4 phones were not as described and beat up much more than what they were supposed to be. Finally, this one came through. It’s as described and the price was right. Thank you.
The item is in good working order for the most part. The box I received has a different item listed than what I ordered and received. Additionally, the warranty policy on the box states that it is 6 months, but the listing states that it's a 12 month warranty. I have printed and downloaded the original listing for the item and the invoice in case this information is needed in the future. Also, I've been working out some kinks with the phone. I'm currently dealing with the bluetooth not finding devices. If I'm unable to fix this issue, I will have to return. Hopefully the final measure of a reset will resolve it.
