This is the second iPhone 11 Pro Max that I bought. The first one was an Amazon renewed premium that had all kinds of problems and had to be returned, this one though has been perfect. At first I was worried about the battery health being 84% but so far I’ve had no problems. Skip all the other sellers on here that have deals with Swappa and won’t allow you to ask any questions. This seller is the real deal and I will seek him out for my next upgrade.
Phone came super fast within 2 days! And it was really packaged with care more than I’ve seen from other sellers, which I appreciate very much! Will definitely buy from you again! :) The one thing I wish was better, were the photos of the damage on the camera and sides. But please don’t take that as a super negative from my experience! For returns, start the process within 30 days of receiving the package. Note that returned items or those with incomplete addresses are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
