Item seems to be in mint condition, but it was dirty, had adhesive residue from a sticker removed from the back, and it didn't come 'clean', AKA, fully reset.

Got here faster than expected.

It was my hope to be able to leave a positive review for Rephoneme, but after a few days of waiting for Swappa and this company to negotiate a security process in order for Rephoneme to feel comfortable selling me a phone, I need to move on. Rephoneme began the process of selling me a phone on 9/8/24 and later canceled it on 9/9/24, after charging my credit card, bc I was new to Swappa and did not have any ratings yet. When asked if they would reconsider and what I could do to help them feel safe selling the phone to me, they told me it was issues they are having with Swappa ensuring their transactions are secure. It feels like I am caught in a fight bewteen Swappa and Rephoneme's principles. After a lot of communication, and the ball of responsibility being kicked back and forth between Swappa and Rephoneme, with no one assuring me that my wait is worth it, on 9/12/2024, I need to walk away and seek to purchase a phone elsewhere. Hopefully an other seller will not have the same issue.

Side panels weren't on and I thought it came with controller. But all and all transaction was smooth as well as delivery. Thank you

I strongly advise caution when considering RePhoneMe. My experience was frustrating; the phone was listed as factory unlocked but was actually tied to AT&T. This caused compatibility issues with other carriers' SIM cards. To avoid similar experiences, be vigilant and verify product specifications before purchasing from this seller.
