I've never dealt with this website but everything went as agreedome The only problem was I did not sign for my phone like it said on tracking I found it in my mailbox. This seller I would highly recommend. The phone it looks like a phone cover case is in it and the adapter and the cord for charging it I have it turned it on yet because I've got to get it turned on with my carrier. Deedie Wofford

screen had burn in was not listed in description seller did agree to refund $15 after some back and forth and swappa staff stepping in, i will probably avoid this seller in future. also screen protector was biggest junk i have ever seen had a round circle in middle and came off super easy. also was missing charging box but did come with cable as stated.

All items are shipped within 1 business day from Carrollton, Texas. All orders placed before 2PM CST are shipped same day.
We are unable to change shipping addresses after purchase. Please verify your shipping address is correct before purchasing. We will provide a full refund prior to shipment if it deemed as fraud/invalid address.
We do not ship on holidays.

Return & Refund Policies
All of our devices come with a 30-day money back guarantee for technical issues.
To qualify for an refund, the phone must be fully reset to the "Hello Screen/Setup Screen" and power on for IMEI verification. IMEI must match. Please give us 1 Business day to approve it.
Physical damage or any other damage not present at the time of purchase voids refunds eligibility. If there is any damage present once we receive the item we have the right to charge a 50% restocking fee.
Once the item has arrived back to us, please allow us 1-3 business days to provide an exchange/refund.
Returned phones must include all the accessories given; absence results in a $20 deduction from the refund amount.
Order cancellations are subject to a 10% restocking fee + shipping cost.
Non-defective item returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee + shipping cost.
