Sale was great. They had trouble verifying my address (which is normal) but reached out to me instead of guessing at the "correct" address and shipping it like others have done. Phone was unlocked as specified, just carrier-unlocked so still *said* Xfinity and I was concerned at first, but that's normal with carrier-unlocks (as opposed to factory), and it works my Mint mobile SIM. All items are shipped within 1 business day from Carrollton, Texas. All orders placed before 2PM CST are shipped same day.
We are unable to change shipping addresses after purchase. Please verify your shipping address is correct before purchasing. We will provide a full refund prior to shipment if it deemed as fraud/invalid address.
We do not ship on holidays.

Return & Refund Policies
All of our devices come with a 30-day money back guarantee for technical issues.
To qualify for an refund, the phone must be fully reset to the "Hello Screen/Setup Screen" and power on for IMEI verification. IMEI must match. Please give us 1 Business day to approve it.
Physical damage or any other damage not present at the time of purchase voids refunds eligibility. If there is any damage present once we receive the item we have the right to charge a 50% restocking fee.
Once the item has arrived back to us, please allow us 1-3 business days to provide an exchange/refund.
Returned phones must include all the accessories given; absence results in a $20 deduction from the refund amount.
Order cancellations are subject to a 10% restocking fee + shipping cost.
Non-defective item returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee + shipping cost.
