I will try to be factual with this feedback. I first ordered an advertised 32GB S5 from this seller but it was cancelled before it shipped because the screen wasn't good. I appreciate that it wasn't shipped to me, but maybe it shouldn't have been listed. They second S5 I ordered was also advertised as a 32GB device but it was only a 16GB. This seller made a mistake on entering a batch of them, because many were listed as 32GB but all were only 16GB. Overall, I ended up with a decent phone at a good price, so am happy with that, but the process could have been smoother. However the seller offered to have the device returned and was very good communicating throughout, so I would not hesitate purchasing another phone through this seller.

I ran this phone through the paces and it is everything that the seller claimed. In fact, I would have rated this phone as Good, and not fair if I had sold it. The Seller shipped quickly. It took a week to arrive but that is due to the speed of the mail service. I would buy from this Seller again without hesitation.

Phones are in great physical condition. Transaction was completed quickly.
