Service was good except delivery was not as expected. I suppose that is FedEx's fault but had i known it would take 4 days to get from Los Angeles to Anaheim I would have chose a different option.

The IPhone received was not unlocked as it was listed. It is actually locked to a sprint network. And the iPhone is not even able to be activated on Sprint. It is a locked out phone. Also the accessories that were listed to be included were not, they had to be shipped in the separate order.

I was skeptical of buying a device online but I was extremely surprised. The listing was marked "fair" and I don't see why. The phone arrived in excellent condition with not a scratch on the screen or back. There is a miniscule nick in the bottom left of the housing but that can't be seen when a protective case is used. I had no trouble activating it and have been using it since it arrived at 2pm a whole day earlier than expected.
