I need to return this phone. I inserted my SIM card from Sprint and the phone did not activiate. Even when I brought it to the Sprint store, there was no way for them to activate it.

Great phone, only complaint is that the chipping at the base of the phone near the USB port was not mentioned. Light scratching was mentioned, but that's not the same thing. I didn't notice the chipping from the photos and can't double check now to see if I just missed it because the photos go down after a sale, apparently. But the screen is great and the device works well.
