Amazing how fast I received this phone, however the phones would not hook up to the network, notified seller he immediately took care of the issue, ask me to send the phones back, I tracked the phones had my refund the very next day. A great seller, integrity is important in this business, and this seller has it. Very happy with the transaction. Highly recommend doing business with this seller.

I ordered this item on a Friday and was told it would ship same day. It didn't ship out until Monday. I asked for the imei and it showed it was stolen on swappa. If the seller did his due diligence and checked before he shipped the item, then I wouldn't have lost 10 days for this transaction. I had to wait 10 days to get my refund! All of this could have been done professionally if they sent me another iPhone. They say they can't bc of company policy... Don't u think it's company policy to not sell a stolen phone? It doesn't make any sense. That is unacceptable and Quick Wireless shouldn't be able to sell on swappa as a 'business'.
